shared email address, can't privatize appointments

I have 2 secretaries that share an email address, but each have their own
laptop and have each created an Outlook calendar for themselves. They tell me
they can't mark anything as private from the other person. Would this be
true, and if so, how can we get around it?

No need to ask more than once.

Are you using an exchange account? If they put the appointments in a pst, it
can only be viewed from their laptop. The alternative is to give each their
own mailbox and let them share the current one.
