shared emails

Is it possible to share an email account with the same
pop3/smtp settings on different workstations across a
small network? Only emails are delivered to one outlook
but not the other, but we want all emails sent to both
parties. If not, it seems that I cannot share the program
outlook on the workstation that is receiving emails for
the other station to access them too! (as it opens
outlook on the original workstation (with no emails!))

Try going into the Advanced Properties of the account and checking "leave a
copy on server"
