Shared Fax SBS 2003

Allen Miller

I have a w2003 SBS server with XP clients. I am interested in using
the shared fax at the server from MS Outlook at the client
workstations. On some of the workstations - when I did the Add Mail
Account and picked Additional Server Types I was able to select MS
Shared Fax Mail Transport and everything was wonderful. HOWEVER, on
some workstations, when I went to Additional Server Types there were
no items listed from which to select MS Shared Fax Mail Transport.

Can you help?

Thanks.

You have not mentioned about adding remote fax printer. Can you check if the
remote shared printer are added in the XP machine and if not can you add the
shared fax printer.
