Hello,

How can I set up a file to allow two users to
simultaneously make changes to a file which is located on
a network. Our files currently only allow access by one
user and the second must view it in read-only. Is it
possible to set up the file to were changes made by
either user is instantly shown in the file.

The basic answer is only one user can edit at any one time, however the
finite answer may depend on the type of file. eg with a db many users can
access it, but individual records are locked during an edit.
