Shared folder

I've created a shared folder in my mailbox. I have several people I've
shared this folder with and I want all of them to be able to create
subfolders within the folder and to be able to add items into these
subfolders but I don't want anyone to be able to delete anything. When
assigning permissions, I went ahead and gave each user permission to:
Create Items
Read Items
Create Subfolders

And I also selected "Folder Visible". And under "Edit Items" I've selected
"None" and under "Delete Items" I've selected "None".
So far so good. I've tested it and it works exactly as expected. However,
when a user creates a subfolder, they are automatically the owner of that
subfolder and so they are able to delete that subfolder.
How can I get around this??
In a nutshell, I want everyone I've shared the folder with to be able to
create subfolders and to be able to add items to the folders but I don't want
ANYone to be able to delete ANYthing.

Many many thanks if anyone can tell me how to do this!

When you go to your Permissions tab on the folder you shared, what are the
permissions defined for "Default"?

Oops... sorry. We're using Outlook 2003. But I don't know what version of
exchange we have and don't have access to it at the moment to find out.
