Shared folders in Outlook 2002

We currently use Office and Outlook 2000 and share our
Contacts on a small peer to peer network. I am thinking
of upgrading our system to Office XP and Outlook 2002 but
am not sure if the share folders ability is available in
the new version. can anyone let me know if it is
available or if not what , if any, replacement is
available. Thanks for any help.

Net Folders was discontinued in Outlook 2002 because of its
unreliability in many cases. However, there are other possibilities for
