Shared folders WITHOUT using exchange

Hello,

We have a workgroup setup and we have a sales@*.com email address
setup for our company. We get orders sent to this address and the
inbox for this address is only setup on one machine. Several employees
are responsible for processing orders that are sent to this address.

Is there a way to set up outlook or with a third party software (not
exchange server!) so that the folder for this address is shared and
other people on the network can access it and pull the emails out of
it? Thanks!
