Shared Mailbox - can't see each other's "flags"

E

2 of us share an In box. For us to make sure we don't both handle the same
email we were using the Flags. In 2003 it was a flag. In 2007 it's a
catagory. One of us is green the other blue.

I upgraded to 2007. The colors still seemed to work but for some reason now
we can't see each others flags/catagories.

Could this have changed with some Microsoft updates? Neither one of us have
changed anything with our Outlook setups.

Are you opening the mailbox as the main mailbox in your profile or as a
secondary exchange mailbox?

Wow I didn't realize how busy this forum is, so I guess I'll look somewhere
else.
We need to get this resolved.
