Hi there,
I have a shared mailbox created in Exchange 2K and have
myself set up on the server with Send As permissions. I
am running Outlook XP on windows NT, but one of the people
I share with is still running Outlook 97. I am trying to
do the following:
* Find an easy way to default the from field for all new
mail items to the address of the shared folder. Will I
have to write a custom form for this with the address pre-
populated?
* Write a rule that runs on my sent items, to move any
items from the shared mailbox address, into it's sent
items folder. I have seen code to copy any new item into
the mailboxes sent items but am trying to steer clear of
code. Using the Rules Wizard in XP I can get the sent
items to move when I tell the wizard to run on that
folder. Is there a way however, to get it to stay running
on that folder & not to revert just to an inbox wizard?
Last but not least is there a way to show my two inboxes
at the same time? I know I can open the second inbox in a
new window, but would like to have the two boxes split in
the one window.
As mentioned I am trying to steer clear of creating forms
or writing code so any simplisitc solutions would be
greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long post.
