Shared Notebook- Identify the User

If a user makes a note, comment, or change within a shared notebook, is the
user identified? ie. When you insert a screen clipping there is a line at the
bottom of the container that gives the link, date, time.. Is there something
similar that would show up if I were sharing a notebook with 30 people, who
made which remarks, changes, deletions?

You can right click the containers and the context menu will display the last
user to modify the information.

Yes- So all I can see is the one single user who last modified the info? What
if, i.e. I have a preliminary document I want to be approved by 30 different
people, and each one makes an adjustment or notation, how do I know who has
done what? Isnt there a way of tracking which user made what changes?
