Sue Mosher has given instructions as to how to add another user's Shared
Contacts to function as an Outlook Address Book, thus being able to be
searched using Ctrl-K, but only for Outlook 2003. Is there NO way for this to
work with 2007, or does Outlook 2007 have a workaround?
I'm in a tight spot.
a) I need all my Contacts to sync with my WM5 PDA. This means that I cannot
separate my Personal Contacts from my Company Contacts, because syncing is
performed on a single Contacts file.
b) Therefore my colleagues have to share my dual-function Contacts file for
the Company Contacts instead of a Public Folders Contacts file. But the
shared file cannot operate as an Outlook Address Book in order for them to
search it with Ctrl-K.
How can I have what I need?
