Shared Resources

I took the resources from a project and save them as a Resources project. I
then went and deleted the resources from the original project and said I
wanted to share resources. The thing is, evidently when I deleted the
resources I deleted the assignment of those resources to the tasks, so the
shared resources sit there unassigned. Is there an order I can do these
steps so I don't have to fat finger in all the assignments?

Hi Ken,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Create and empty "pool" project. Open your project and share resources with
the pool. The pool will automatically populate with the resources contained
in the project.
