Shared Session in OneNote disabled. Why?

In my Tool's menu i see that picture:

Why? How i can save myNotes to sharepoint workspace?

If you press Ctrl+F1 to open the Share With Others task pane what do
you see? Or use File->Share With Others to open the task pane.

I see "Share with others" Task Pane...
In "share this section" tab i see address of my team web-site. It's the same
like in Word, but i haven't any trouble with share docs from word. How you
can explaine this?

ps. sorry me for my english, but in russian i can't find any information
about it.
