OK here we go! I have tried everything! I haev frontend and backend databases, I have everything marked with no locks (no even record level), each used has their own copy of the frontend. HERE IS MY PROBLEM. All users can not access their forms at the same time. Sometiems it comes up as read only, it will tell them the path is no longer vaild or it states that it is unable to lock file. PLEASE HELP...very frustrated! ANY ideas or websites would be awesome...

thanks

Check the permissions that users have on the folder. They need full
permission in order to create/delete the associated ldb file. If the first
person in doesn't have create permission, they can't create the ldb and will
open the db exclusively.
