Shared Workbook becomes corrupt.

Hello,

I have a problem with a shared Workbook that is being corrupted for no
apparent reason. Only three users are using the file. It has about 2000
rows in it, and loads of formulas. One of the users has the file in his
offline folders. It is useful to him to be able to read it when he is away,
so I am reluctant to tell him to take that off. The only thing that has been
noticed is things seems to go wrong around about the same time as when the
Admin user closes the doc without saving. does anyone have any ideas. This
turning into a bit of a nightmare. There are two workbooks in fact that are
shared among these three users. I have only been told (as in right this
second) that after the first Excel file was corrupted the second can't be
opened properly either. It might be that it is trying to get data out the
corrupt file. Could it be something to do with the workgroup? Should that
be removed and recreated?

Please help!!

TIA,

Kenny
