Shared workbook formatting

We have a shared workbook that we put our attendance on.
I created it and one of the support staff formats it to
print the way we 'all' want to see it. Landscape, grids
and page break cleaned up. Once she completes it and lets
everyone know it is ready for them to view or print, that
is where the problem lies.
It does NOT keep the formatting she set up. Any help
would greatly be appreciated. We are getting various
types of printouts.
