Shared Workbook issue

I am working with a shared workbook that has a sheet with
drop down lists (created using Data Validation). I make
selections from the list and later when I go into the
workbook some of my selections have changed. Others have
added items to the sheet but have not made changes to the
items that I have selected. Is there any explanation for
this - possibly some quirk with using shared workbooks?

I think maybe you have the wrong newsgroup, Allison. What program are
you talking about?
