Sharepint Designer 2007 Method Not Allowed?

Ok so im about to make a new site but when i use FTP, it fails even tho i
have the right info. When I use other methods, it keeps saying "Method Not
allowed". My server has Frontpage Extentions installed and when i connect to
it, heres an error i get.

405 Method Not Allowed
Method Not Allowed The requested method GET is not allowed for the URL
/index.html. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying
to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.11 (Unix)
mod_ssl/2.2.11 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1
mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.9 Server at pokelab.co.tv Port

Assuming that you are using SharePoint to build your website, I would
suggest that you post this question in a SharePoint newsgroup or forum. This
group is for Publisher built websites.
