SharePoint access through Project Server

I have the same three administrators in both Project
Server 2002 and SharePoint Team Services running on
Windows 2000. Only one administrator seems to be able to
get to the Documents or Issues section. The other two get
permission errors.

Even if both sites have SSL on them, I still get security
alerts about accessing secure and nonsecure items.

Can anyone help?

p.s. I know and understand about external urls that would
cause this error message. All the pages being accessed
are within either the Project Server or SharePoint Team
server sites and I have checked and double checked the
virtual and regular directories to enforce SSL. But to no
avail!
