Sharepoint and Infopath - Different Count Function Values

Hi,

My sharepoint site count function is giving me 366 records and my infopath
count function form is giving me 307 records...why is there a diff?

my setup:
infopath: text box control bound to a field in sharepoint...a filter to
narrow data down...and a count function wrapped around it.

sharepoint: text box field grouped with a count function turned on.

What am I doing wrong?
