Sharepoint and project Server

Hi All..

I have a small problem.

I installed project server 2003 on a Windows 2003 server box with Sharepoint
Portal.

All seems to be working well, however the only small issue I can't seem to
figure out is under the Public Documents directory when I hit "sync with
project server" I get an error that say's; "The server running Windows
Sharepoint Services failed to connect to the project server. Your changes
will not be saved to the Project Server".

Can someone point me in the right direction as to how I fix this?

MS have published a howto to co-install these products.

Without knowing how you have installed it, I suspect you haven't
assigned unique ports for the services.
Have a read (if you haven't already), and see if this represents your
install or not.

Hi Dave,

2 areas to check.
1st verify both the Project Server and Windows SharePoint server are
added as a trusted site on the Project Server and WSS server.
2nd Go to Admin-->server configuration and verify the intranet address
is correct http://servername/projectserver and save changes.
