Sharepoint Designer 2007 in Server 2003 x64

I keep getting the message "System.Web.AspHostingPermission" error on all
components. I have installed .NET sdk 2.0 x64 and set all permissions to
Full Trust but that doesn't solve the problem. Any ideas?
