SHarepoint designer not working after installing TR2

I installed the technical refresh and all my other apps appear to work.
However, sharepoint designer will not open - Vista reports that the program
is not responding as soon as I try and open it. How do I update sharepoint
to TR2 since it appears the TR2 install did not do it? I did get a message
telling me that one or more apps did not upgrade at the end of the install
but it really didn't tell me what to do. I am using Vista RC1 Build 5600.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Len,

There are separate Office 2007 Beta 2 Technical Refresh updates for the Office 2007 products outside of the core apps in the basic
refresh. These are available from http://microsoft.com/downloads in the 'Office' category (click the listing's 'date' heading to
show newest item first).

If you also have the MS Expressions Web Designer Beta1 installed you may need to remove it as it shares files with Sharepoint
Designer and there can be file version mismatch after updating Office files to B2TR.
