SharePoint fails

Hola!

We have installed in a test serve Project Server 2003. Everything works
perfectly, the connection with SharePoint, Olap...

Now we have installed it again in another server which is going to be in use
actually, but the connection with SharePoint fails. The installation has
been like the previous one. Where should I start looking, I am a bit lost...

Thank you in advance

Amaia

O.K. i am not english speaker, so it is very difficult for me.

We have Project Server and SharePoint installed in one server and the
database in another server. SharePoint was alredy installed and extended.
When we istalled Project Server we specified where the sites will be created
and what was the administrative web site correctly.

Now when we go in Project Web Access to Manage Windows SharePoint Services
there are two problems: 1. no template appears in site creation settings. 2.
in connect to SharePoint server all the information is correct, but when we
click in save changes this message appears: "The specified web server is not
extended with Windows Sharepoint Services or is not accessible via http(s)
protocols".

Thanks,

Amaia

Yes we did. The URL of central administration of SharePint and the public
documents site are o.k. too. We also run pscom+...

It is the domain administrator and we use that account as administrator of
everything.

Thanks a lot Gary.

So, are you assuming that simply because the account you're using is a
domain administrator account (not a secure approach), that you don't have
to
worry about granting it explicit rights? If so, that's a false assumption.
