Sharepoint files tool setup fails

I have set up a standard workspace and want to sync with a SharePoint
folder. I can set up the workspace and add the SharePoint files tab, but
when I click the "Setup" button, nothing happens.

I'm using Beta 2 without the early Sept refresh. Others using the same
version I am using are having no problem...

Dear DC Gringo,

According to your description, I want to know which version of share point
you used for Groove 2007.

Please understand that Groove 2007 only can be used to sync with SharePoint
V3. And it cannot be used to any previous version of SharePoint.

So I hope you can check its version.

Furthermore, when you want to sync the sharePoint sites with Groove 2007
workspace, you must have got the suitable permission of its sharepoint sites
when you try to use it. Otherwise, you will also not be able to use it.
