SharePoint List Link to Access

I have linked data from a SharePoint list that has 2 dropdown fields that
pulls from our AD list of users. From one imported list the names appear as
would be expected. In two other tables numbers appear in this field instead
of the names. Is there a setting that controls this or something else?

Are the tables linked or were they imported, you mention both?
If imported, then it may have converted it to an ID.
