Sharepoint Not working with Project Server

I installed Project Server 2003 and Sharepoint Services but get the
following msg in Project Server under Risks and Issues on the Home page in
Project Web Access. I'm sure it's a permission/security issues, just don't
know where to look. Thanks in advance, Dave

Error under Risks and Tasks:
"There is a problem establishing a connection with the Web server running
Windows SharePoint Services. Contact your system administrator. "

I needed to run the program that as far as I can remember was described in
the final section of the MS Project Server 2003 Installation Guide and then
this problem went away.

Under 'My Computer' - C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office Project Server
2003\BIN\1033 - Run PScomPlus.exe - you'll have to enter your admin account
for OLAP services and for WSS.
