Sharepoint permissions / access

I've set up project server to grant the "default" or predefined sharepoint
access to project managers and team members.

My issue is as follows: We have a group of managers that will need
read/write access to the project site but are not assigned any specific tasks
in the project plan. What is the best way to grant a certain Project Server
security group read/write access other than administering each site manually?

Jody,

We usually handle this with a admin task - Verify Sharepoint Access with a
work assignment of 15 min. Everyone who needs access to the site gets this
assignment since site access is limited to those with assignments on the
project plan.
