SharePoint/Project 2003 to MOSS 2007

hello -

I have SharePoint 2003 and Project Server 2003 residing on the same
database. We've done a database migration to SharePoint 2007. The
sharepoint sites work, however, the parent URL of the projectserver
links don't work. The sublinks for the projectserver links work.
The following message is in the PreUpgradeReport: Web is using custom
template "PWA"

Any suggestions? thanks
