SharePoint Server 2003 Server Utilities (psd)

Hey all,

I need a tool that can run through our sharepoint environment and pull user
logs, identify all site collections, etc..

What is the best out there for 2003? is there a tool that can manage both
2003 and 2007?

You'd be best off posting this to a SharePoint newsgroup. Just don't mention
it's for a Project Server implementation or they'll send you back here.
