Sharepoint Server 2007 documentation

I'm looking for documentation on administering a Sharepoint Server 2007 site.

I'm a project user and we're migrating from Project Server 2003 to
Project Server 2007....so I need to learn how to manage my project space
which is now on Sharepoint Server 2007.

I'm looking for some good documentation, a step-by-step like book, or some
an online tutorial or training?
