Sharepoint Server Response time

I am running MOSS 2007 on a W2K3 server with 4GB of memory. My users enter
their timesheets on Monday mornings and I am seeing the CPU usage constant at
100%. I have already checked and restarted the timer service with no direct
impact.

Any ideas on what else might be causing this?

Thanks,
Dorothy

It could be anything, use process explorer or similiar to find out what is
eating the processor and then debug from there. Is is when they are opening
the web page, or once they have submitted the jobs?

Ben,
I have had task manager open and looking at the processes running.
TOP CPU
OWStimer.exe
w3wp.exe
w3wp.exe
Micorsoft.Office.Project.Server.Queuing.exe

100% utilization comes from all combined services particularly on Monday and
Tuesday mornings when timesheets are being entered and project plans updated.
