SharePoint Services Configuration Wizard Error

I was getting this error, while running the Wizard before installing
the Project server:

Sharepoint configuration wizard cannot create the
MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments site with the template that you have
selected. You must use the project workspace template......Ensure that
the template has been installed into the correct directory and run the
wizard again..

Could not find any posting for a solution.

Ran the wizard again and this time, did not put anyting for secondary
administrator, and also checked the domain\username spelling very
carefully and it all worked!!
