SharePoint sites not created

Hello,
In the risks page, I'm bumping against the error (for every projet):
"The SharePoint site for this projet has not been created. Publish it on
Project server or call you Administrator".
All my project are already published on Project Server.
Where could be the problem ?

A stupid question I know, but you *have* installed Windows Sharepoint
Services?

Yes !
And the public documents library works well, but not the Risk nor the
Issues.

Sometimes this is due to:

in the project you try to publish are no resources with windows
authorisation assigned to tasks.

Some projects have only resources with Windows accounts. They present the
same issue.
