SharePoint Sites within PWA

My client absolutely HATES the fact that PWA creates a separate Issues and
Risks page for each project plan loaded to PWA. They are insistent about
managing their issues and risks and a program and not at the project level.

Having said that, I went into the Administrator functions and DENY'd all the
View Issues/View Risks so that Issues and Risks tags no longer appear on the
blue command bar in PWA (small victory).

Then, having captured a SharePoint Template for Issues and Risks from one
plan we had in PWA that we had modified to their liking, I created a new
SharePoint site and actually was able to import the template (hurrah). Then,
I added the new SharePoint site to the blue command bar in PWA (I'm feeling
pretty good about this so far, considering I'm a novice at this).

So, now I have a SharePoint site with one Risk list and one Issues list with
the template customizations my client wishes and not tied to a specific plan.

I have one issue left to resolve:

Within my new Sharepoint Site, I have page two headings and two quick launch
bars. I can easily collapse the PWA QL bar, but I'd like to remove the PWA
heading (white space) and the PWA QL bar. Any ideas ? I can provide images
if this is unclear

Thanks.

Yes, the very last screen shot is the issue I am talking about. Is there a
way to remove the most left and most top borders ?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.
