SharePoint web site auto created after publishing a project

I installed Project Server 2002 and it seems like everything is working
except when I create a published project the Sharepoint web site is not
created. I do have it selected to Automatically create the subweb when a
project is published. Any ideas why it's not working?

Any errors in your application even log on the server? What happens when you
try to set the SharePoint connection on Manage Windows SharePoint Services
page in PWA?
