Sharepoint Wizard fails..

averied

Hi, I'm trying to run the project server's sharepoint Wizard, but it give's
me a message that says something like There must be a virtual server, and
that I have to go to the Wss administration and extend a virtual server.. I
cant's write he exact problem because my system is in Spanish, but this os
sorta the message I get.

I have WSS 3.0 installed, and I have 3 sites created. I also Have project
server 2003 installed, and what I'm trying to get working is the feature to
add documents to a project from Office Project. When I try to do this, it
says that a Sharepoint site must be created, so I need this roject server
site template installed, but the wizard I said before fails..

Any Ideas how to solve this??

You can't solve the problem using the combination of versions you're trying
to use. Project Server 2003 is compatible with WSS2 only. Project Server
2007 uses WSS3 only. Install the previous version of SharePoint and you
should be in business.
