I have connected the ms project central web access.I heared about if u want
to view the issues,risks and documents u want to connect the sharepoint.So
What is Sharepoint services?Tell the uses of this server.What is sharepoint
portal server? and also tell the uses of this server.How can i work with
theses servers.What is the advantage of this?Plz help me.thnks in advance.

The advantage is that you no longer need client software on your client
machines but you can use via your browser Project Web Access which will
access a Windows SharePoint Services site.

See the various installation guides (for Project Server 2003) on the
Microsoft site for how to install WSS and connect Project Server 2003 to it.

See www.microsoft.com/sharepoint for WSS info.

Warning: when I did this I followed the single server installation guide
where you install WSS *first*.
