SharePointTeamServices Error

Ineed help on this please!

When I attemp to install Share Point Team services after
I enter the database server, username and password team
services tried to install but i'm getting this error msg

"SHARE POINT TEAM SERVICES FAILED TO PROVISION DEFAULT
WEBSITE. YOU HAVE ENTERED INCORRECT INFORMATION.
SPECIFIED VIRTUAL SERVER CANNOT BE EXTENDED BY SHARE
POINT.TO FIX THE PROBLEM REMOVE SHAREPOINT FROM YOUR
SERVER"

How can I remove it if I can't get t install the program?

my ISA server its down, its that a problem??

You haven't provided enough information to answer your question. Speaking
for myself, I'd need to see the state of your server before I could hazard a
guess as to what's causing the problem.

I'd need to know everything about the current state of your server. I'm
reluctant to try to tackle this without a terminal server session on your
box. This doesn't lend itself to news-group diagnostics.
