Sharing a Calendar on One PC

HI.

I have read that you can share a calendar using Exchange Server, but cannot find how to do this between two accounts on one PC. I am running Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2003 and would like to share my calendar with my wife, who has a separate account on the PC.

Is this possible, and if so, does anyone know how to set this up?
