Sharing A Calendar

Jeanie

I keep an office calendar at work and like to share the
appointments with co-workers. I have successfully exported
the contents of my calendar to our server, and we have had
a somewhat successful import. The problem is, when my co-
worker imports my updated calendar, she only gets new
appointments, and deleted appointments (that I've deleted)
do not delete on her calendar.

There are so many formats for exporting types - perhaps
this is the problem? We've tried databases and personal
folders.

Any suggestions/guidance?

Thank you.

If you wish to share with other networked users, with the
folder list displayed in Outlook, right click on the
Calendar folder and select Sharing, Permissions, then add
users and set there permission level. This is for Office
2003 - I think it is a little different route to sharing
in earlier versions. The other users can then access
your calendar through File, Open, Other User's Folder.
Is that what you had in mind?

When you say server are you reering to a exchange server?
If not them you cannot share it in a live sense.
