Sharing a database in BCM 2007

I need to be able to share the BCM data between 2 computers. I have granted
access to my coworker, but when he tries to connect he gets a message that
states 2 possible reasons: 1. he has not been granted access to the remote
computer 2. the password he uses to log on to the host computer is different
than the password he uses to log on to the local computer where he's working
from.

From my knowledge, he doesn't have a password to log on to his local
computer. I've checked his user account settings and there is no password
setup. But when I add him to grant permission it requires me to input a temp
password.

Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

Not having a password will not work because that is considered too
insecure for business data.

The login and password must be the same on both machines.

I have a similar problem but the username and password are the same but I
still get the same error! This is only a problem on one computer, the others
are fine.
