I'm still having trouble with the forms I've created.
They work perfectly for everyone who is on the Exchange
Server, but fail when they are sent beyond that.
Here's an example:
I fill in the form (it's a message form with tabs that
different departments need to fill in and forward to the
next department.), send it to another user in the office,
and all is well. When that person forwards it to another
person in the office, everything is fine.
When the form is forwarded or sent to someone outside our
change server (including other people on the network who
are using a different exchange server), the tabs do not
appear.
Can someone tell me what I've left out of the equation?
I've hunted through this whole newsgroup and looked at
several tutorials on the Microsoft site. I haven't been
able to find anything to tell me how you would make a
form work in the way I need it to work.
It was created in HTML mode and I have checked the box to
Send form definition with item.
Thank you very much for any help. I'm quite frustrated
at this point.
