Sharing a new pull-down in my menu bar

I have added a new pull-down in my menu bar that includes about a dozen
macros that have been time-savers for me, and now I'd like to share that
pull-down with anyone else in the office that's interested. From what I've
read though, it's stored in my Normal.dot, and apparently I can't get at it
using the "Organizer" tool in Tools>Templates and Add-ins...

What I was hoping I could do is pull it out into a separate global template
(if that's the correct terminology) and then let anyone load it from the
Templates and Add-ins such that the additional pull-down would show up in
their menu bar.

After googling and googling, I just can't seem to find the method, and of
course Microsoft Help doesn't seem to have anything either.

Can anyone help me with this??

First, read the contents of this article, try to implement the
recommendations and if this doesn't remedy,
repost clearly indicating which Word version y're developing in and possible
relevant network info ...
