I am not sure how the workbook share option works. I have
an Excel 2000 application that I want two people to use
simultaneously. The Excel application is stored in a
Shared directory on user A's computer. User B opens the
workbook from user A's shared directory.
Share\Workbook\Advanced Setup is as follows: In the menu
item Update Changes I have selected Automatically every 5
minutes, and Save my changes and see other's changes. In
the menu item Conflicting Changes Between Users I
select "The changes being saved win".
The way it is now working is that if user A makes a change
the change does not get reflected on User B's computer
until User B saves the shared workbook. Is this the way
it is supposed to work? Shouldn't the change that User A
makes show up on user B's computer after 5 minutes?
