Using Entourage: Mac 2004 Version 11.3.3 on two computers that are networked
but not with exchange server which is what I have read you need to use to
share the "address book in entourage" ( not address book app for mac OS X)

I'd like to share the "address book in entourage" with my assistant so we
are using one master address book-- The cost of exchange server just to do
this is cost prohibitive.

Surely there must be some simply networked Mac computers who need to share
one address book. ? and have found a way to do this?

Thanks for any ideas here! _Beth

Does it need to be synched all the time or is it a one time thing?
If it is a one time thing, you can export the address book (or even
simply drag the contacts to a folder in the Finder) and import them back
into the other computer.
