Sharing address book

We are running a Mac office and use Entourage for our email. Is there a way to share an address book in addition to the address book on each individual computer?

If not, how can we copy a master address book to each computer without 1) deleting each computers' existing address book, and 2) duplicating contacts?

All I can find in "Help" is to use Microsoft Exchange. Is that available for Macs?

Are you using Exchange, IMAP or POP?

If you need to merge all addresses, you would export as Entourage archive
(.rge) file then use the remove duplicate scripts to clean up.

The problem is "how are you going to keep them synced in the future??"
Exchange is the only good option.

I'm assuming you're *not* running an Exchange server. Talk to your
corporate email provider and see if they offer an LDAP server. This is
what you want in the absence of Exchange.

You could even set up your own LDAP server on your network using any
always-on OS X machine but you'll need some light IT assistance to make
this happen.

Entourage handles Exchange, but you need a provider for Exchange support.
