sharing all emails

Hi,
I have a customer who's business has 5 email accounts going to 5 separate
people. No Server. The emails are POP3. The boss would like to be able to
see all of the incoming and outgoing of all accounts. I set them up
Googlemail accounts but on one of these it doesn't seem to be working very
well so they are not happy with this. I have thought about them using the
webmail facility but it isn't very 'nice'. Are there any easy alternatives
to allow one person to view all incoming and outgoing emails from all 5
accounts but the other 4 people only seeing there own?
Cheers
Lenny

Gosh, I've seen businesses like that. They don't usually last very long
because the boss is so busy reading other peoples' emails that he has no
time to run the business!

GMail has an IMAP option. Set up the boss to have IMAP access to all five
accounts, but each other user just to their account. However, on a different
tack, would YOU do business with a company that uses a free web-based email?
I would be highly dubious I have to say.

Having said that, my mail provider hosts my Domain name for £2 per annum,
and it costs me £8 per YEAR for up to 5 IMAP or POP mailboxes.

Hi,
Actually it isn't as bad as you think! They have only 6 staff. They also
have emails hosted on their domain and can use POP to access and SMTP to
send (They don't have a Server based system as they are only as small
business.) The could all access their emails via Outlook using
mail.ourdomainname.com but the boss is never in the office, wants access to
all incoming and outgoing emails (There aren't many) for all accounts and
also wants to be able to access them when on the move and using a number of
different computers. That is why I thought Google Mail would be good using
the import of their pop3 accounts into Google but still looking like all
mail is being sent via their own name. This is very common now in business
as Google is so easy to use and access.

I don't think the IMAP option would work because the boss wants to access
the mail from any PC.
