Is it possible to share an Access 97 database with users
using Access 2000 and Access XP?

Yes, you can do this. However, I STRONGLY SUGGEST you run a split db. Anyone
who has spent more then a few days learning and reading about ms-access will
learn that in a multi-ser environment, you run a split database. Thus, both
the a2000, and a2002(xp) users can use,and even convert their front ends
(often by accident) to their version, but the back end data will NOT BE
converted, and can remove in a97 format.

So, split you db...and the answer is yes.
