Sharing an inbox sub folder

Ok what i need to to do is share a sub folder under inbox we have SBS 2003
with office 2007 as the client. I found this

how to do this. But when i try and open the folder it says (Cannot display
the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook cannot access the specified folder
location.)
Any help would be much appreciated

I set the permission to none on the mailbox and none on the inbox then
reviewer on the folder what should it be

Yes the check box for visible is checked

Did you provide the Folder Visible permission to the folders above the
subfolder?
